Udang Masak Madu Jahe (Honey & Ginger Prawn)

Bahan
-  500 gr Udang besar, 25 gr Baw.bombay-iris               -  2 Daun jeruk
-  ½ J.nipis, 1 Tomat-ptg, 1 Dn bawang-ptg2                Bahan perendam:
-  2 Baw.pth-cincang, 1 st Jahe parut, 1 st Garam      -  6 sm Madu, 1 sm Mnyk wijen
-  1 Cabai mrh-iris, 1 st Lada bbk, 2 sm Olive oil        -  1 sm Kcp asin, 3 sm Kcp mns

Cara membuat
-   Buang kepala udang & blh punggungnya. Kucuri air jrk nipis, biarkan 5 mnt. Campur rata bhn perendam. Mskkan udang ke dlm bhn perendam, diamkan 30 mnt.
-   Tumis bawang2, cabai & jahe dng olive oil. Beri daun jeruk, garam, lada, tomat, d.baw, udang & 2 sm saus perendam. Aduk sampai matang.

Ingredients
-  500 gr Prawns, 25 gr Onion-sliced               -  2 Kaffir lime leaves
-  ½ Lime, 1 Tomato-cut, 2 tbsp Olive oil      Marinate sauce:
-  2 cloves Garlic-minced, 1 tsp Salt               -  3 tbsp Sweet Soy sauce, 6 tbsp Honey
-  1 tsp ground Pepper, 1 Red chili-sliced      -  1 tbsp Salty soy sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame oil
-  1 Green onion-cut, 1 tsp grated Ginger

Directions
-   Remove prawns head & cut along back from top to tail. Rub them with lime juice; let it stand for 5 min. Combine the marinate sauce & put in the prawns inside; let it stand for 30 min.
- Sauté garlic, onion, chili & ginger with olive oil. Add in kaffir lime leaves, salt, pepper, tomato, green onion, the prawns & 2 tbsp marinate sauce. Stir until prawns cooked.
