Tumis Asparagus Hijau (Sautéed Green Asparagus)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  150 gr Asparagus hijau, 75 gr Champignon   -  1 st Kcp mns, 1 sm Saus tiram
-  150 gr Ayam, 2 st Ebi-tumbuk, Minyak        -  1 sm Mnyk wijen, 50 ml Kaldu ayam
-  3 Cabai keriting-iris, 50 gr Baw. bombay      -  1 sm Saus soya, 1 st Saus hoisin
-  1 Bawang putih-cincang, 2 Daun salam           -  ½ st Lada, Garam secukupnya
-  1 Tomat-iris, ½ st Pala

Cara membuat
-   Tumis cabai, bawang putih & bombay dng sedikit minyak hingga harum. Beri salam, minyak wijen, ayam, jamur & ebi, masak hingga ayam berubah warna.
-   Mskkan asparagus, kecap, saus2, kaldu & bumbu2. Beri tomat, masak hingga bumbu menyerap.

Ingredients
-  150 gr green Asparagus, 75 gr Champignon   -  1 tsp Sweet soya sauce, enough Salt
-  150 gr Chicken fillet, 1 Tomatoes-sliced        -  1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 2 Bay leaves
-  3 Cayenne pepper-sliced, 50 gr Onion-sliced -  1 tbsp Soya sauce, 1 tsp Hoisin sauce
-  1 clove Garlic-minced, ½ tsp ground Nutmeg -  1 tbsp Sesame oil, ½ tsp ground Pepper
-  2 tsp dried Shrimps-grind, frying Oil              -  50 ml Chicken broth

Directions
-   Sauté the garlic, onion & chilies with a little oil until fragrant. Put in bay leaves, sesame oil, chicken, champignon & dried shrimps. Cook until the chicken color changed.
-   Stir in the asparagus, sauces, broth & seasoning. Add in tomatoes; cook until the flavor blended.
