Tempe Goreng Tepung (Flour Coating Fried Tempeh)

Bahan
10 iris Tempe, 100 ml Air, Minyak goreng       -  ½ st Baw.pth bbk, 2 Baw.pth-hlskan
5 sm Terigu, 3 sm Tepung beras, ½ st Lada    -  100 ml Air es, 2 Cabai-iris (opsional)
½ st Baking pwd, 1½ st Ketumbar bbk               -  2-3 Daun jrk muda-iris hls
2 st Garam, ½ st Gula, 1 Daun baw-iris

Cara membuat
-   Campur air, baw.pth hls, 1 st garam, 1 st ketumbar. Rendam tempe di dlmnya ± 20 mnt. Tiriskan.
-   Campur tepung2, bak.pwd, ½ st ketumbar, 1 st garam, gula, lada. Tuangi 1 sm minyak goreng & air es sedikit2 sambil diaduk sampai hls. Beri dn baw, dn jrk & cabai, aduk.
-   Panaskan minyak yg banyak di atas api sedang. Masukkan tempe ke adonan tepung hingga tertutup rata. Goreng tempe hingga kuning kecoklatan.

Ingredients
10 sliced Tempeh, 100 ml Water, Frying oil   -  1 Green onion-sliced, ½ tsp Sugar
5 tbsp Flour, 3 tbsp Rice flour, 2 tsp Salt     -  ½ tsp Garlic pwd, 100 ml cold Water
½ tsp Baking pwd, 1½ tsp ground Coriander      -  2-3 Kaffir lime leaves-thinly sliced
½ tsp Pepper, 2 Chilies-sliced (optional)            -  2 cloves Garlic-grind

Directions
-   Blend water, ground garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander. Soak tempeh in the mixture for ± 20 mins. Drain the tempeh.
-   Mix flours, baking powder, ½ tsp coriander, 1 tsp salt, sugar & pepper. Pour in 1 tbsp of frying oil & cold water a little at a time; stir until the mixture smooth with no lumps. Add in green onion, lime leaves & chilies, mix well.
-   Heat a lot of frying oil over medium heat. Dip the tempeh in batter until it cover all & then fry the tempeh in hot frying oil until golden brown.
