Telur Sambo Padang (Thick Omelette with Grated Coconut)

Bahan
4 Telur, 5 Bawang merah-iris hls      -  2 Cabai merah, 1 Daun bawang-iris hls
2½ sm tepung beras+3 sm Air            -  3 sm Kelapa parut, ½ st Lada, Minyak
1 Bawang putih, 1 st Garam

Cara membuat
-   Kocok tp beras, telur & garam. Sangrai kelapa sampai kecoklatan, blender hls bersama cabai & baw.pth. Mskkan kelapa, baw.mrh & daun baw ke adonan telur, aduk dng garpu
-   Panaskan minyak di pan dadar dng api sedang. Tuang adonan telur, kecilkan api. Goreng hingga sisi bawahnya kecoklatan, sesekali tusuk2 dng garpu. Balik posisi telur, masak hingga matang. Angkat

Ingredients
1 Green onion-sliced, 1 tsp Salt                -  4 Eggs, 2 Red chilies, 1 clove Garlic
2½ tbsp Rice flour+3 tbsp Water               -  3 tbsp grated Coconut, Frying oil
½ tsp Pepper, 5 Shallots-thinly sliced

Directions
-   Beat rice flour mixture, eggs & salt. Roast grated coconut until golden brown & then grind it finely together with red chilies & garlic. Put ground coconut, sliced shallots & green onion into the egg mixture. Mix using a fork until all is combining well.
-   Heat a little oil in an omelette pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan; reduce the heat to low. Poke the omelette occasionally with a fork while you frying it. Fry until the bottom side golden browned. Turn the omelette over, fry until the other side cooked. Remove from heat.
