Oseng2 Toge Tahu (Sautéed Bean Sprouts & Tofu)



In Indonesian & English

Bahan
200 gr Toge, 1 Wortel-ptg korek api     -  3 Bawang mrh & 1 Bawang putih-hlskan
2 Cabai mrh-iris, 2 Daun Bawang-ptg2   -  1 st Lada, 1 st Kaldu ayam bubuk
½ st Ketumbar bbk, 1 st Kecap ikan        -  75 ml Air, 3 sm Minyak grng, Garam
2 sm Kecap mns, 1 sm Saus tiram           -  125 gr Tahu-ptg dadu lalu goreng

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bawang mrh, baw pth & cabai sampai harum. Mskkan wortel, masak sampai wortel empuk tapi tak lembek. Beri toge, lada, kaldu, ketumbar & garam. Masak sampai toge panas.
-   Beri daun bawang, tahu, kecap mns & air, aduk hingga tercampur dng baik.

Ingredients
- 200 gr Bean Sprouts, 75 ml Water             -  3 Shallots & 1 cloves Garlic-grind
2 Green onions-cut, 1 tsp Pepper                -  1 tsp Chicken broth pwd, Salt
½ tsp Coriander pwd, 3 tbsp Cooking oil    -  1 Carrot-shredded, 2 red Chilies-cut
1 tsp Fish sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce      -  125 gr Tofu-dice cut & then fried
2 tbsp sweet Soy sauce

Directions
-   Sauté shallots, garlic & chilies until fragrant. Add in the carrots; cook until carrots are tender but not wilted. Stir in the bean sprouts, pepper, broth, coriander & salt. Cook until the bean sprouts are hot.
-   Put in green onion, tofu, soy sauce, fish sauce & water; stir until all are combined.
