Tumis Putren Jamur (Sautéed Babycorn & Mushroom)

Bahan

  • 125 gr Jamur champignon-iris2 tipis
  • 3 Tomat cherry-potong2, 2 sm Minyak
  • ½ Bawang bombay-iris, 100 ml Kaldu
  • ½ st Pala bbk, 50 gr Soun-seduh air panas
  • 100 gr Putren-iris2, 1 Daun salam
  • ½ st Lada bubuk1 Daun bawang-iris
  • 2 Bawang putih-haluskan, 1 st Garam
  • 2 Cabai merah & 2 Rawit-iris, 1 sm Ebi


Cara membuat

  • Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay, salam & cabai2 sampai harum. Beri putren, jamur, garam, lada, pala & ebi, masak sampai matang.
  • Masukkkan tomat, daun bawang & soun, aduk rata. Tuangi kaldu, masak hingga kaldu terserap.

Ingredients

  • 125 gr Champignon-thinly sliced
  • 3 Cherry tomato-sliced, 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp dried Shrimp, 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Bird`s eye chilies-sliced100 ml Broth
  • 2 Red chilies-sliced, ½ tsp ground Nutmeg
  • 100 gr Baby corn-sliced, ½ Onion-sliced
  • 1 Green onion-sliced, ½ tsp ground Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic-grind2 tbsp Frying fat
  • 50 gr Mung bean thread


Directions

  • Sauté garlic, onion, bay leaf & all chilies until fragrant. Add in baby corn, Champignon, salt, pepper, nutmeg & dried shrimp. Stirring until all are cooked.
  • Soak mung bean thread in hot water until soften & then drain it; set aside. Stir in tomato, green onion, mung bean thread. Pour in broth; cook until the broth runs out.
