Sambal Tempe (Spicy Crushed Tempeh/Tempeh Sambal)

Bahan
150 gr Tempe-ptg2, 2 st Garam,                       Bahan Sambal:
1 Baw.pth-hlskan, 2 Daun Jrk, Minyak            -  5 Rawit merah, 2 Bawang merah
1 st Ketumbar-hlskan, 7 lbr Kemangi-iris        -  1 cm Kencur, 1 Bawang putih
1 st Air jrk.limau, 1 Daun Bawang-iris             -  3 Cabai hijau, 1 Tomat hijau
1 sm Kecap manis, 250 ml Air                             -  ½ st Gula, 1 st Garam, ½ cm Jahe

Cara membuat
-   Campur air, baw putih, garam & ketumbar. Rendam tempe di larutan 30 mnt. Tiriskan, goreng. Ulek kasar. Sisihkan
-   Ulek kasar bahan sambal. Tumis dng daun jeruk. Mskkan tempe goreng ulek & kecap, aduk rata. Goreng sampai kering. Beri air jeruk limau, irisan kemangi & daun bawang.

Ingredients
150 gr Tempeh-cut, 1 Green onion-sliced         Chili paste ingredients:
1 tsp Kaffir lime juice, 2 tsp Salt,                     -  5 Birds eye chilies, ½ cm Ginger
1 tbsp sweet Soy sauce, frying Fat                    -  1 cm Lesser galangal, 1 clove Garlic
1 clove Garlic & 1 st Coriander-grind                 -  1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Sugar, 2 Shallots
7 Lemon basil leaves-cut, 250 ml Water           -  3 green Chilies, 1 green Tomato
2 Kaffir lime leaves

Directions
-   Mix water with salt, ground garlic & coriander. Soak tempeh in the mixture for 30 min; drain & then fry until golden brown. Roughly crush the tempeh into small pieces. Set aside.
-   Roughly crush chili paste ingredients. Sauté the chili paste & put in the lime leaves. Stir in the tempeh & sweet soy sauce. Cook until it becomes dry. Add in lime juice, lemon basil leaves & green onion
