Roasted Potato Slices with Bacon

Bahan
1 kg Kentang, 1 sm Olive oil         -  1 Bawang bombay uk.sedang-iris, ½ st Garam
6 lbr Bacon-iris2, 2 sm Mentega  -  1 st Lada hitam bbk, 1 st Thyme, ½ st Jintan

Cara membuat
-   Iris2 kentang setbl ½- ¾ cm. Goreng bacon, jintan & bawang bombay dng mentega. Sisihkan.
-   Pnskan oven 200°C. Lumuri loyang panggang dng olive oil. Bumbui kentang dng garam & lada. Susun kentang satu persatu (jangan saling menindih) di loyang & panggang 40 mnt, sekali2 kentang dibalik. Keluarkan, masukkan bacon+bombay ke kentang, taburi thyme, panggang 10-15 mnt.

Ingredients
1 kg Potatoes, 1 tbsp Olive oil              -  1 med.Onion-sliced, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Cumin
6 sheets Bacon-sliced, 2 tbsp Butter  -  1 tsp Black pepper pwd, 1 tsp dried Thyme

Directions
-   Slice potatoes into ½-¾ cm thick. Fry bacon, cumin & onion with butter; set aside.
-   Preheat the oven to 200° C. Greased a roasting pan with olive oil. Season the potato with salt & pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a roasting pan. Bake for 40 min; turning occasionally. Remove from the oven, put in fried bacon+onion; sprinkle with thyme. Bake for 10-15 min.
