Italian Style Noodle with Minced Beef

 

In Indonesian & English
 
Bahan
-  300 gr Daging cincang, 3 sm Mentega    -  150 gr Keju Parmesan serut, 1 st Oregano
-  50 gr Champignon-iris, 3 sm Olive oil     -  2 Baw.pth-hlskan, 1 st Lada, Air, Garam
-  ½ B.bombay mrh-cincang, 1 Cabai-ptg   -  2 st mixed Italian Herbs, 1 st Cabai bbk
-  350 gr Mie/Pasta, 100 gr Bacon-ptg2    -  1 Wortel-serut, 2 sm Tomat pasta
-  ½ Jagung-rbs & pipil, 10 Tomat cherry

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bawang pth, bombay, bacon & cabai dng 2 sm olive oil. Sisihkan. Goreng jamur & daging dng butter hingga matang.  Beri wortel, cabai bbk, oregano, 1 st garam & lada. Aduk. Angkat, campur dng tumisan bacon, beri Italian herbs, jagung, tomat cherry & tomat pasta. Sisihkan
-   Pnskan oven 175° C. Rebus mie/pasta di air mendidih dng garam & olive oil. Tiriskan, mskkan ½ nya di dasar loyang yg sdh diminyaki. Beri ½ bag. adonan daging diatasnya, taburi ½ bag. keju serut. Ulangi prosedur utk pasta, daging & keju. Tutup aluminium foil, panggang ± 20 mnt. Buka alu foilnya, panggang lg 10 mnt.
 
Ingredients
-  300 gr minced Beef, 3 tbsp Olive oil    -  150 gr shredded Parmesan cheese
-  50 gr Champignon & 1 Chili-sliced          -  2 cloves Garlic-grinded, Salt, Water
-  ½ Red onion-chopped, 350 gr Noodles  -  2 tsp mixed Italian Herbs, 1 tsp Oregano
-  100 gr Bacon-cuted, 1 tsp Pepper         -  2 tbsp Tomato paste, 1 Carrot-shredded
-  3 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Chili pwd                -  10 Cherry tomatoes, ½ Corn-boiled & shaved
 
Directions
-   Sauté the onion, garlic, bacon & chili with 2 tbsp olive oil. Set aside. Fry mushrooms & beef with butter until cooked.  Stir in carrot, season with chili pwd, oregano, 1 tsp salt & pepper. Remove from heat; mix them together with sautéed bacon, Italian herbs, tomato paste, corn kernels & cherry tomatoes. Set aside.
-   Preheat oven to 175° C. Cook the noodle in boiled water with a bit salt & 1 tbsp olive oil. Drain & put ½ of the noodle in a greased baking dish until it cover the bottom side. Put in ½ of beef mixture to cover the noodles neatly. Sprinkle with ½ of shredded cheese. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the pasta, beef mixture & cheese. Cover the dish with tin foil; bake for ± 20 mins. Uncover it & bake again for another 10 mins.
