Spaghetti Bolognese



In Indonesian & English

Bahan
3 sm Olive oil, 1 sm Daun basil-iris       -  500 gr Spaghetti, 250 gr Daging cincang
½ Baw.bombay-cincang, 2 st Garam       -  240 ml Susu/Krim cair, 1 st Kcp inggris
2 Baw putih-hlskan, 3 sm Red Wine      -  2 sm Tomat pasta, 2 st Gula merah
½ Wortel-parut, 100 gr Bacon-ptg        -  5 Tomat-rebus-kupas kmd ptg2
1 Seledri-cincang hls, 2 Daun salam      -  1 st Oregano kering/2 st Oregano segar
100 gr Jamur-ptg2, 3½ sm Mentega      -  1½ lt Air+2 sm Garam, Keju Parmesan
100 ml Kaldu sapi, 2 st Lada htm bbk

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bawang putih+bombay dng olive oil & mentega. Beri wortel, seledri, jamur, oregano, salam, lada, garam. Aduk rata. Mskkan daging2, tumis sampai berubah warna.
-   Tuang red wine, masak sampai terserap oleh daging. Beri susu, kaldu, tomat pasta, gula merah, tomat & kcp inggris. Masak sampai tomat lembut & saus mengental (½ jam)
-   Rebus Spaghetti di air mendidih yg sdh digarami sampai matang. Angkat, tiriskan.
-   Hidangkan spaghetti di piring saji, beri saus daging, taburi keju parmesan & daun basil.

Ingredients
3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Basil-minced       -  500 gr Spaghetti, 100 ml Beef broth
½ Onion-chopped, 2 tsp Black pepper       -  240 ml Milk/light Cream
2 cloves Garlic-grind, 3½ tbsp Butter      -  2 tbsp Tomato paste, 250 gr ground Beef
½ Carrot-grated, grated Parmesan           -  1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 Celery-thinly sliced, 2 Bay leaves         -  1 tsp dried Oregano/2 tsp fresh Oregano
1½ lt Water+2 tbsp Salt, 2 tsp Salt        -  100 gr Mushrooms-cut, 3 tbsp Red Wine
100 gr Bacon-cut, 2 tsp Brown sugar       -  5 Tomatoes-boiled-peeled-cut

Directions
-   Sauté garlic & onion with olive oil & butter. Stir in carrot, celery, mushrooms, oregano, bay leaves, pepper & salt. Put in meat & bacon; cook until the beef color changed. Pour in red wine; cook until the wine sucked out by the meat. Pour in milk/cream, broth, tomato paste, brown sugar, tomatoes & worchestershire sauce. Cook until the tomatoes smoothed & the sauce becomes rather thick (~ ½ hour).
-   Boil Spaghetti in salted boiled water until al dente. Remove from the heat & drain.
-   Place spaghetti in serving plates; pour the meat sauce over; sprinkle grated parmesan & basil leaves.
