Daging Masak Lokio (Spicy Beef with Chives Stew)



In Indonesian & English

Bahan
-  500 gr Daging sapi-iris tps, 12 Lokio-ptg2    -  2 cm Jahe-cincang, 1 Sereh-geprek
-  1 Daun salam, 2 Daun bawang-iris2                -  ½ st Gula, 2 Cabai keriting-iris
-  15 Rawit-blh 2, 1 st Garam, 2 st Lada         -  3 sm Kecap asin, 4 sm Kecap mns
-  1 sm Saus tiram, 1 sm Minyak wijen              -  250 ml Air+1 st Kaldu bbk
-  5 Bawang merah & 3 Baw.putih-haluskan       -  Minyak

Cara membuat
-   Tumis bumbu hls, salam, sereh & jahe. Mskkan daging, masak hingga berubah warna.
-   Beri cabai2, kecap2 minyak wijen, saus tiram, garam, lada & gula. Aduk rata.
-   Tuangi air sedikit2, masak hingga matang & air berkurang. Beri daun bawang & daun lokio, aduk2.

Ingredients
-  500 gr Beef-thinly sliced, 1 tsp Salt        -  5 Shallots & 3 cloves garlic-grind
-  2 Green onions & 12 Chives-sliced             -  2 cm Ginger-minced, 1 Lemongrass-bruised
-  15 Birds eye chilies-halved                        -  3 tbsp Soy sauce, 4 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
-  1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame oil   -  250 ml Water+1 tsp Beef broth pwd
-  2 tsp Pepper, 2 Cayenne peppers-cut       -  1 Bay leaf, ½ tsp Sugar, Frying fat

Directions
-   Sauté ground spices, bay leaf, lemon grass & ginger. Put in the meat, cook until the meat colour change.
-   Stir in chilies, soy sauces, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, pepper & sugar.
-   Pour in water-broth powder mixture a bit each time; simmer until the meat cooked & the sauce reduced. Add in green onions & chives, cook for awhile.
