Spaghetti Carbonara


In Indonesian & English
Bahan
3 sm Extra virgin Olive oil, 300 gr Spaghetti     -  100 gr Jmr Champignon-iris
2 Bawang putih-cincang hls, 3 sm Mentega         -  4 Kng telur+1 Telur-kocok
150 gr Smoky Bacon, 1 st Lada hitam bbk         -  3 st Peterseli cincang, 80 ml Krim
70 gr Keju Pecorino parut/Mascarpone                  -  3 st Parmesan, Air+1 sm Garam

Cara membuat
-   Tumis baw.putih dng olive oil, mskkan bacon, lada, jamur, masak sampai jamur matang.
-   Mskkan pecorino & parmesan kedlm telur, aduk, beri krim & peterseli. Aduk hingga lembut.
-   Rebus Spaghetti di air mendidih yg sdh digarami ± 8-10 mnt. Sementara itu, cairkan mentega sampai benar2 panas. Angkat spaghetti, tiriskan, masukkan di mentega panas, beri tumisan bacon-jamur, tuangi campuran keju-telur, aduk rata.

Ingredients
3 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil, 300 gr Spaghetti     -  100 gr Champignon-sliced
2 cloves Garlic-chopped, 3 tsp Parmesan                -  3 tsp chopped Parsley
150 gr Smoked bacon, 80 ml Cream                        -  4 Egg yolks+1 Egg-beaten
70 gr grated Pecorino/Mascarpone Cheese              -  1 tsp ground Black Pepper
3 tbsp Butter-melted, Water+1 tbsp Salt

Directions
-   Sauté garlic with olive oil, add bacon, pepper & champignon, stir until mushrooms are cooked.
-   Put pecorino & parmesan into the eggs, mix well. Add cream & parsley, whisk until smooth.
-   Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add in the spaghetti & cook for 8-10 min (until al dente). Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan until hot. Drain the spaghetti & then put it into the hot melted butter, add sautéed mushroom-bacon & pour in the eggs mixture while everything still very hot, mix well.
