Soup Kentang & Keju (Potato & Cheese Soup)



In Indonesian & English


Bahan
-  2 Kentang bsr-rebus & haluskan      -  1 st Lada htm bbk, 2 st Peterseli cincang
-  1 sm Krim asam, 1 sm Krim              -  50 ml Bouillon/Kaldu sapi, 2 sm Mentega
-  2½ sm Keju Cheddar parut, Garam   -  50 gr Jamur kancing-iris2
-  1 Baw.putih-hlskan, 100 ml Susu

Cara membuat
-   Tumis baw. putih dng mentega. Mskkan jamur, aduk hingga matang. Sisihkan
-   Campur kentang hls dng krim asam & keju hingga menyatu. Tuangi susu, aduk rata.
  Beri kaldu, tumisan, garam & lada, aduk rata.
-   Panaskan dng api sedang sampai soup cukup hangat utk dimakan. Jangan dididihkan.
  Angkat, sajikan dng taburan peterseli.

Ingredients
-  2 large Potatoes-boiled & then mashed     -  1 tsp Black Pepper pwd, Salt
-  1 tbsp Sour Cream, 1 tbsp Cream             -  1 Garlic clove-grinded, 100 ml Milk
-  2 tbsp grated Cheddar Cheese                   -  50 gr Button mushrooms-sliced
-  2 tsp Chopped Parsley                                  -  2 tbsp Butter, 50 ml Beef bouillon

Directions
-   Sauté the garlic with butter. Put in mushrooms, stir until mushrooms are cooked.
  Set aside.
-   Mix mashed potatoes with sour cream & cheese until blended. Add milk into it,
  stir until combined. Put in bouillon, sautéed mushrooms, salt & pepper, stir well
-   Heat on medium heat until soup is warm enough to eat. Do not boil. Remove from
  heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
