Ayam Goreng Pedas (Deep Fried Spicy Chicken)

Bahan
-  3 Paha atas-bwh ayam-kerat2               Bahan Pelapis:
-  3 Pth telur, 2 st Garam, 2 st Lada          -  7 sm Terigu, 7 sm Panir, Garam
-  3 cm Kunyit & 3 cm Jahehlskan            -  1 st Baw.pth bbk, ¼ st Jahe bbk
-  6 Baw.pth-hlskan, 1-2 sm Cabai bbk        -  1 st Ketumbar bbk, 1 st Lada

Cara membuat
-   Campur bumbu hls dng lada, garam & cabai. Lumuri ayam dng bumbu, diamkan 30 mnt.
-   Pelapis: Campur terigu dng garam, lada, ketumbar, baw.pth & jahe bbk. Balur ayam dng terigu, celup di telur & balur dng panir. Goreng dlm minyak hingga terendam sampai ayam matang & kecoklatan. Hidangkan selagi panas.

Ingredients
-  3 Chicken thighs-2 or 3 shallow slashed   Coating:
-  1-2 tbsp Chili pwd, 3 cm Ginger-grind     -  1 tsp Garlic pwd, 1 tsp ground Pepper
-  6 cloves Garlic & 3 cm Turmeric-grind     -  1 tsp ground Coriander, ¼ tsp Ginger pwd
-  3 Egg whites, 2 tsp Pepper, 2 tsp Salt    -  7 tbsp Flour, 7 tbsp Bread crumbs, Salt

Directions
-   Mix ground spices with pepper, salt & chili pwd. Rub the chicken with the mixture & let it stand for 30 mins.
-   Coating: Mix the flour with salt, pepper, coriander, garlic & ginger pwd. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture, through the egg whites, then through the bread crumbs. Deep fry the chicken in frying fat until the chicken is cooked & becomes golden brown. Serve while it is hot.
