I Fu Mie Goreng (Fried I Fu Mie)


In Indonesian & English

Bahan
- 150 gr Mie telur, st Garam               - 250 gr Daging sapi-iris tipis
- 1½ sm Kecap asin, 1 sm Saus tiram       - 2 Bawang putih & 2 cm Jahe-haluskan
- 100 gr Udang, 5 Bakso-ptg2                  Sayuran dipotong2:
- 500 ml Kaldu sapi, 1 sm Kecap ikan       - 150 gr Sawi putih, ½ Baw. bombay
- 1 sm Mentega, Minyak goreng                - 150 gr Kembang kol, 50 gr Kapri
- 1 sm Maizena+sedikit air                        - 150 gr Wortel, 2 Daun bawang
- 2 sm Minyak wijen, ½ st Lada                - 150 gr Jagung muda, ¼ Paprika hijau
- 1 sm Angciu (opsional)                             - 3 Jamur kancing

Cara membuat
-  Tumis bumbu hls, garam, lada, bombay, bakso & daging dng mentega. Tuangi kaldu, didihkan. Mskkan sayuran, angciu, kecap ikan, saus tiram & kecap asin. Setlh sayuran matang, mskkan udang & minyak wijen, kentalkan dng larutan maizena. Aduk. Sisihkan
-   Rebus mie telur di air panas, tiriskan. Tata di saringan, jangan terlalu rapat. Goreng di minyak pns sampai kaku, tiriskan. Letakkan mie dipiring saji, siram dng kuah sayuran.

Ingredients
- 150 gr Egg Noodle, 100 gr Shrimps         - 250 gr Beef meat-thinly sliced, Frying oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tbsp Fish sauce       - 2 cloves Garlic & 2 cm Ginger-grind
- 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine (optional)            Cut/Sliced Vegetables:
- 5 Meatballs-cut, 500 ml Beef broth         - 150 gr Cauliflower, 50 gr Snow peas
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Butter         - 2 Green onions, ¼ Green Paprika
- ½ tsp Pepper, 1½ tbsp salty Soy sauce     - 150 gr Baby Corns, 3 Mushrooms, ½ Onion
-  tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Cornstarch+Water     - 150 gr Nappa cabbages, 150 gr Carrots

Directions
-   Sauté ground spices, salt, pepper, onion, meatballs & meat with butter. Pour in broth, cook until it boiled. Add in vegetables, wine, fish sauce, oyster sauce & salty soy sauce. After all are cooked, put in shrimps & sesame oil, pour in cornstarch to thicken the sauce; stir well. Set aside.
-   Boil the noodles in hot water; drain them. Place the noodles in a bright fine strainer (don`t be too dense), fry in hot oil until it become dry & stiff. Remove from heat & drain. Place noodles in serving plate, pour the vegetables & shrimps sauce over noodles.
